What's New

All being well, and if Scotland is at Level 0, Fairlie Village Hall is due to re-open on 14th August.

We've registered with Amazon Smile, and will receive a percentage of purchases made by anyone who nominates us when shopping with Amazon.  To do this, please shop through Amazon Smile and select Fairlie Community Association (SCIO) as your nominated charity - then shop as normal and we'll receive 0.5% of the purchase price (it doesn't cost you any extra).

Thanks to Foundation Scotland (Community Response, Resilience and Recovery Fund) who have given us grant funding to buy equipment and supplies to make the Village Hall covid-secure in terms of sanitation and ventilation when we're allowed to re-open.

Thanks to McAulays and Parks of Fairlie who have completed the installation of new sanitaryware and cubicles in the ladies toilet.  Thanks, too, to the Kelburn Wind Farm Community Fund for funding the work.  Before the Village Hall re-opens we plan to finish the refurbishment by having new flooring installed and the toilets painted.

Please note that, with a few provisos, we can now allow bouncy castles at children's parties, etc. - contact us for full details and conditions.

Is there an activity or class you would like us to arrange at the Village Hall?  Or is there a skill or hobby you could teach others?  We'd like to organise some new activities and would welcome any suggestions.
